Pre-launch draft. Sound Property is a fund structure in development. This Privacy Policy is a placeholder describing what this informational website does today, and is subject to legal review and to confirmation of the operating entity before launch.

This policy describes how information is handled when you use soundproperty.xyz (the "Service"). The site is operated by Bitcoin Studios, the venture studio behind Sound Property. The regulated entity that will operate the fund is being established within the Abu Dhabi Global Market and will be confirmed here at launch.

The site does not run application or sign-up forms. The only ways your information reaches us are if you choose to email us, plus a small amount of technical data needed to serve the site securely.

Information we collect

  • Direct contact. If you email us (for example at robbie@soundproperty.xyz), we receive the contents of your message and your email address.
  • Technical data. Our hosting provider automatically processes limited technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and request times) to deliver and secure the site.
  • Aggregate analytics. We measure aggregate traffic (such as page views and referrers) using privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics that does not track you across sites or build a profile of you.

How we use your information

  • To respond to enquiries you send us by email.
  • To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service.
  • To understand aggregate traffic to the site.
  • To comply with our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.

How we share your information

We share information only with the provider that helps us run the Service:

  • Cloudflare — website hosting, content delivery, security, and privacy-friendly, cookieless web analytics (aggregate traffic measurement only).

This provider may process data outside your country; where it does, appropriate safeguards apply. We may also disclose information where required to comply with applicable law.

How long we keep it

We keep email enquiries for as long as needed to deal with them and for a reasonable period afterwards. Aggregated information that does not identify you may be kept indefinitely.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email robbie@soundproperty.xyz.
